Identity, stationery set and brochure created for the boutique property development company Neumeier. Like a tangram, property development is about taking all the pieces of a project and pulling them together, often with beautifully varied results.
Only a few simple shapes are used in the identity to create six final forms inspired by tangrams, to be used both together and independently within the branding and collateral of the business.
The gorgeously intricate lazer cut jacket for the company’s prospectus is indeed a beautiful example of how the graphic shapes can be used to high impact.
All publication photographs by Beccy Brown. Thanks go to Ezra Tan for the use of his apartment on the day of the shoot.
